The Frankenstein legend gets a shot in the arm in this lavishly mounted, sexually decent production. It's a foregone conclusion that once the legendary Baron's niece Fran (Pearl Joyce) steps foot inside the castle, she'll wind up creating a "monster" from leftover notes and body parts.
That she does, endowing the creature (Morgan) with two penises and a sex drive from the brain of a dead adult video critic. With an assistant like Ron Jeremy, what else would you expect? When Fran's boyfriend (T.T. Boy) arrives, she hops into bed with him to fulfill the required sex scenes -- and it's a good one -- but the story starts to fall flat.
The ensuing "rampage" that the monster goes on is of an entirely different nature. Classic Frankenstein-ish scenes such as the blind hermit (here, Patricia Kennedy) naturally translate to sexcapades, but the erotic quotient depends on how far the viewer is willing to accept the double-dick joke. Personally, I favor the flashback where-in the baron (Williams) teaches the maid (Diver) the fundamentals of tissue re-animation, using his own lightning rod.
Joyce struggles with her straight lines, but Jeremy makes up for the uncomfortable moments with his typical hilarious harangues. Definitely a comic triumph, the sex works and the box isn't bad either! Great title and a must-stock item.
