The year is 2094. The ozone layer is gone and various other disasters have rendered mother earth impotent (so to speak). Millions have perished and mankind faces extinction. The Government has created a task force, the FBI (Federal Bureau of Insemination), to force men (yeah, right) to impregnate women.
Most of the above story is introduced in text during the opening credits. The only traces of plot to follow consist of scraping the sperm off the chicks' backs and putting in under some cheap prop that's supposed to resemble a microscope.
Sharon Mitchell and Maxine "check" mailman Ted Wilson for live sperm; Saki visits monk Don FErnando with the same objective (even though he tries to impregnate her in the ass); Melanie Moore and Cal Jammer waste the precious sperm on a leisure fuck and get in trouble with the authorities; Moore and Maxine routinely moan through a girl/girl; Sharon Mitchell wraps up with a blow job that has her rubbing the guy's cock all over her face.
There are some humorous moments in this flawed tale of the future. That Don Fernando only communicates with printed signs is worth a chuckle. But the extra-loud music makes it sometimes impossible to hear the dialogue.
