Heather Hart and Jon Dough have never been noted for their acting skills, but their performances in this '90s genie fairytale are outstanding. Both of their characterizations are worthy of award nods, as are Michael craig's stylish direction, the elegant sets and the perfectly-complimentary music. Although some of the fruitful (none of them) sex scenes are simply wonderfully-orchestrated teasers, they are all very hot and satisfying.
Opening credits roll over the sound of Diedre Holland Porsche Lynn's impassioned encounter as the camera roves their antique-filled shop. Dough and his partner Scott Irish arrive to pick up a mysterious trunk. As Irish boffs his old friend Lynn, Dough contemplates opening the trunk ... and out pops adorable genie Hart. She does her darndest to find Dough's fantasy girl (which includes a blow job from Holly Ryder and an "almost" from Kym Wilde). One memorable coupling (of many) occurs between Dough and Holland on a brass bed as she reads aloud from a lascivious book. But virtually every sex scene here is visually a stunner, including Wilde and T.T. Boy (later Hart and Boy) on a stone bench in a garden, Wilde atop the trunk in front of a fireplace and Hart masturbating while sprawled out on Dough's desk. Although it's no surprise who Dough's real dream girl is, the erotic trials and tribulations he experiences are so lusty, you're happy to go along for the ride. I suppose it's Wishful Thinking to hope that more sex films would be like this one. Highly recommended with its nice packaging.
