A "payoff' is the one thing this video needs! George Payne and Kembra punish nurse Sasha Sweet for failing to feed their ailing relative. They force her to crawl on the table while they play "ping pong" on her buttocks. George then ties Sasha to a chair, and Kembra delivers more spanks and whips. Throughout the session, Sasha refuses to admit her crimes, so George and Kembra punish her even more.

This video has an interesting premise, but it just doesn't go anywhere. Moreover, the punishment and bondage scenes are too repetitive to hold interest. Gotham has released many more interesting tapes than this, and if you haven't checked them out, they'd be better choices.
