Would it be heretical to say that probably the best thing about this John Leslie video is the music? From jazz piano to New Age, there's some very listenable sounds, but damnable intercutting among three different sex scenes going on simultaneously, suggests spinning plates and a Spike Jones one-man band album track as a better music ticket to score this feature.

Shot in a mondo-gonzo video style that's the current rage in the business, Nobody's Lookin' offers yet another perspective of adult movie making behind the scenes. Tom Byron is the director of said adult feature. After boffing cleaning gal Sierra in a zesty opening sequence, Byron discovers from his production man Woody Long there's technical problems a-brewing. The resultant plot device allows Byron out of the studio for a roadside tryst with stranded motorist Kelly O'Dell over a car hood. From the point of Byron making the proper amenities with O'Dell, the feature becomes a video editor and video watchers' nightmare. Continuity and momentum run amuck.

The XXX talent, realizing it has a few hours to kill before show time, does what it does best, but no scene is taken logically and conclusively from beginning to wet shot. Just as Sunset Thomas, Peter North and Tony Tedeschi get their engines roaring for a threeway, we cut to another scene, Byron and O'Dell, etc., and back, etc., then on to another scene, etc. and back. Then, in all this frenetic pacing, a scene between Woody Long and Arianna goes AWOL starting, then dropping out of sight. Best behind-the-scenes scene has Celeste getting it up the asshole courtesy a strap-on from Nicole London.

If you enjoy the rip-roaring rhythm of intercutting, this is your feature. It's not my speed.
