Dave Hardman and Rick Masters are rummaging through garbage for cans they can return for a few cents - and they're dressed for the part.  An instant later, they're all cleaned up and trying to start their car.  Go figure.  C.J. Bennett comes along and gives them some pointers about points, so they give her some tips, which she eases into both of her exhaust pipes till everybody runs out of gas.  (Don't you love similes?)

Similar episodes occur with blonde Sasha Savage and tattooed Daphne - a chance encounter with a hot babe followed by a sandwich scene in both cases.  There's really no build-up to each scene; total interchangeability seems to be what they're going for, and that's what we get.  Retailers who've been successful with this series should stock up.
