Deacon Blue is one stressed commanding officer. His Private (or maybe she's a Lieutenant; the sound is too atrocious to be sure), Sharon Cane, has tried to escape. Of course, she must be tied with ropes and whipped with a cat-o-nine. She's initially barefooted, a refreshing change from the usual fetish footwear, but alas, those black heels magically appear on her feet in record time. Saki is put in charge of Sharon's punishment, which she accomplishes in a lackluster manner. She unties Sharon, they switch roles (didn't see thatplot twist coming, did you?), Deacon returns to rope the gals back-to-back and applies more whips and a crop.
