Deacon Blue is Dr. Frankentickle, a mad scientist who creates a monster to perform "tickling experiments" on Desi DeAngelo and Fawna. Anthony Lawton is delightful in his dual role as the Monster and Igore. The set and special effects are very good (although the Monster's mask is obviously fake). This is a successful parody of every bad Frankenstein movie ever made, complete with hokey music and overacting. The result is a highly enjoyable comedy. This is well worth adding to any fetish collection.
