It's the technical hook of having the subjects of a painting come to life on canvas (by way of blue-screen superimposition) that raises this sexvid the extra half point - but that shouldn't have been necessary, considering the acting talent that's underused here. As it is, at least a couple of dynamite performers give wet firecracker performances.
The actors race through the dialogue to get to the sex. Alex Sanders is a painter whose creation (Marilyn Martyn, in her first starring role) comes alive for him. Wife Jordan Lee is jealous, at least 'til Sanders gives her a quick roll on the couch - and I do mean "quick": two positions and a facial; hardly enough for either of these fine performers to work up a decent sweat. Not much better is Lee's "revenge fuck" with Cal Jammer, although that scene does contain some anal action with two insert shots.
All the other sex in this feature takes place against the sterile white background of the artist's canvas. Even so, the threeway between Sean Michaels, Sean Rider and Nicole London, which Sanders "creates" for Martyn to watch, is the hottest sex on this tape, with London managing good oral action on both cocks before taking them in a d.p. and facial finale.
But the biggest disappointment of the tape has to be the lukewarm Debi Diamond/Marilyn coupling, which only heats up near the end. Most of the time, the gals don't seem sure what to do with each other 'til one finds a pink dildo to play with. Watching Martyn fuck the dildo as Diamond holds it in her mouth, though, is almost worth the price of the tape by itself.
Finally, Martyn gets to show her stuff with Sanders - you knew it would happen - but as energetic as the two get, including a long cowgirl sequence, a longer mish and a good anal ride, the heat is diminished in close-ups by Martyn's poor makeup job.
The final blow-off, plot-wise, is predictable, but Lee's scream seems genuine and the accompanying "Twilight Zone"-ish music leaves an appropriate shiver to this generally good effort which, in better hands, could have been excellent.
Retailers: Jordan Lee's current "newcomer" status and her hot performances are the selling points here, but point this tape out to those looking for something unusual.
