Dementia will appeal to a very specialized audience: weirdos. With the "story" (such as it is) apparently taking place in the mind of a nutcase (Daphne), Dr. Ron Jeremy assumes various roles, first as a sideshow barker, then as a "pig man," face-fucking Darcy McDaniels, and finally as a Dr. Frankenstein type, fucking his creation -- Daphne herself. That first scene, by the way, includes a room whose walls are lined with (fake) tits, cocks and asses (not unlike the dream scene in Scotty Fox's Collectable), and Tetra's use of them is intercut with similar action featuring McDaniels -- to neither's advantage.
Next, Annabelle Chong, sporting her new mohawk 'do, gives head in a three-way to Lawrence Johnson (in stockings and garter belt) after some mish, labia-lapping and a facial. Finally, in a scene which must now be considered Bone's signature, Daphne takes a double-anal from both Ron and Dave Hardman.
Production values are excellent throughout, but a full "A" of the rating stems from the weirdness of the scenarios. Retailers, beware: this is not for your average XXX customer -- but Bone's tapes always do well, and this probably will too.
