With his Gang Bang Angels series, director Robert Black seems to be trying to overcome the many and varied hobbles faced by stroke tapes of the genus Pornicus Gangbanicus. These hobbles are, of course, well-documented, prime among them the tendency to lapse into snooze-inducing repetitiveness and panoramic views of bored-looking woodsmen tugging distractedly at their meat to keep it awake.

To combat these gang-bang bugaboos, Black uses a pair of girls in each of the clusterfuck segments featured here, and experiments with some quick-cut editing techniques.

The result is a better gang-bang tape, which boasts more to see, delivered in a way that's easier to watch. Substantially, there is nothing in Gang Bang Angels that hasn't been seen before; there's the usual round of orifice-stretching, topped off by momentous sperm fusillades. But the addition of an extra girl attaches a much-needed variety, and Black's boom-boom-boom editing keeps things moving at a brisk, MTV-style pace. This will no doubt delight today's attention-span-deficient audiences.
