Tasha Welch has come to Star Chandler to get the punishment she longs for after eharing about Chandler’s reputation. She gets it, all right. Spreader bars, shackles, rope bondage, floggers, paddles, whips; Welch gets exactly what she deserves.

Within its narrow range, there’s some basic but competent and arousing rope stuff and punishment. A little more variety would raise this above its average rating.
