Cindy Prince plays a private eye who goes after a mad whipper. Naturally, it's not long before she's caught, bound between two beams in a dank-looking basement, and tied in more ways than a Boy Scout could undo. In between, various items are clamped to or hung from her nipples. Her captor plays fire over her body before moving her to other indoor locations where he continues with similar tortures, including hoisting her entirely in the air and hanging weights on her nipple clamps.
