The sex offenses here are basic misdemeanors, with a sprinkling of felony threeways and anal assaults. Everybody pretty much stays within conventional adult limits, but there's still some scorching footage.

Each scene has a brief intro, usually by the girls, sometimes by both performers, of the situation that follows. Inari Vachs and Herschel Savage meet in a lingerie store while he's shopping for a gift for his wife. She models his choice for him, and then they're at each other. Teri Starr is a real state agent and Sean Michaels is a prospective buyer. They immediately inspect each other's plumbing and underlying structures. Two scenes feature escorts and their "dates." And so on.

Offenders is well-shot and edited, and delivers some good, basic sex. It just seems that the situations could be a little more imaginative. Each scene follows a durable formula and each ends with a slo-mo pop and facial. Drake knows what he's doing and does an excellent job.
