One doesn't normally associate director Canterbury with the light touch, but Nurses to the Rescue is only one joke or two away from the ratings' equivalent of a private room.
Sexually, it certainly has its act together; and, as a hospital dramedy, its authenticity is nailed down fairly well with accomplished sets.
Patient Pete Welsh is rushed to the emergency ward after walking into a glass door when sunbather Johnni Black exposes herself. A great sight gag. Welsh, who's supposed to be near death, musters enough wood to plow nurse Angelica Sin in the ass. Inside the ambulance, no less. The indiscretion gets Sin Along with drivers Mike Horner and Valentino looking for employment, even though fellow nurses Chandler and Randee Lee vow to sexually compromise the doctor, Kyle Stone, who does the firing. Did someone say a rousing anal scene involving Black and the doc?
