Assorted oddballs with names like "LaFong" and "Whipsnade" inhabit the landscape of Hanky Panky, suggesting that writer/director Rocker has dug remorselessly into the W.C. Fields Playbook to come up with this zany tribute to 1940's screwball comedy -- emphasis on the word "screw."
Foregoing Rocker's usual tendencies to invoke every conceivable one-liner known to man before the panties drop, the sex registers, this time, at a much faster clip. What you get is a leaner, meaner, Cliffs Notes Jace Rocker. Just as wicked, no less funny with infinitely less subplot structure to absorb. (And probably more economical to produce.)
"People's Candidate" Jonathan Morgan is running for mayor, but is dogged by a past affair with flirty Tina Tyler. Tyler's attempt to blackmail Morgan has hilarious implications not only to herself (she winds up a stiff a' la Weekend at Bernie's) , but to the marriage of Morgan's nerdy campaign manager, Tom Byron, and Shyla Foxx, as well. Suspecting Byron's fooling around with loose women, Foxx, herself, horses around with the gumshoe (Mark Davis), who's been hired to tail Byron. In the process, Shyla invests her bouncy Latino-esque tits in a couple of good scenes, one of which witnesses her Olympian areolae getting bathed in the manly elixir. Tyler's threeway with Candy Apples (taking a dildo in the ass) and T.J. Hart is likewise tangy enough to suit the taste for that specialized form of bedroom behavior. And, not to forget, a pre-nom to Morgan for Best Actor, particularly for his head-first slides to retrieve a series of Tyler's phone calls.
