Jonathan Morgan is a cop whose prime pursuit in life is dipping his night stick into sultry strumpets, law-abiding or otherwise.
Morgan's partner is Stephanie Swift, a shrewish prig who hisses moralist gender epithets at him when he somehow displeases her. As we meet them, Morgan and Swift are keeping tabs on some organized crime types with stereotypically Italian names. By the end of the film, Swift has unaccountably absconded with a gun moll and a bunch of illicit cash.
Things are okay as long as Swift and Morgan are in character -- the dialogue here is fairly solid, even if the narrative is a rickety as Boo Radley's porch. The sex, however, never strikes any real sparks, and the pairing we keep waiting for -- the Swift vs. Morgan sexual tension showdown -- never comes. Then there's this film feature's lamentable image quality. The entire production has an odd, mosaic-ed look, as though it were down-loaded off the Internet.
