Missing two of the elements that made Debbie Does Dallas: The Next Generation great -- Miss Sharon Mitchell as Debbie's mom, and Shane as her coach - Debbie Does Dallas '99 succeeds on the strength of its existing cast, most of whom give even better sexual performances than they did in DDD-TNG.

The simplistic plot has title character Lexus looking to buy a small school bus, as she imagines her entire cheerleading squad riding down the road, naked and pleasuring each other.

To that end, Lexus does a nice striptease for bus owner/mechanic Tony Tedeschi before allowing him to horsey-, mish- and spoon-fuck her on the bus's couch, but there's still the problem of raising the $10,000 purchase price!

The squad  -- Lexus, Stephanie Swift, Micki Lynn, Toni James and Reyna -- figure to start by winning the $1000 prize at a local strip club, but it takes a threeway between Lexus, Lovette and club owner Billy Glide to secure the $1K. Between Lexus sitting on Glide's face, and Lovette riding him cowgirl style, it was undoubtedly a tough choice, but needless to say, Lexus walks off with the loot.

Now to turn their grand into 15, the girls get odds on an upcoming basketball game which pits their team, the worst in the league, against the state's best. In a plot element straight out of the 1972's The Cheerleaders, Lexus et al. decide to fuck the opposing team into exhaustion, and that's where the sex really starts to get interesting.

Micki gets the "ball" rolling with Mr. Marcus, who takes her to bed for a good 12 hours of 69, mish, doggie, cowgirl, and spoon-style loving, leaving Marcus (presumably) ready for the hospital and the petite blonde ready for more action.

She gets it, along with Reyna, in one of the tape's hottest scenes, where the gals try to convince Jon Dough, now head of the opposing team's athletic department, to trade away their best player in exchange for reverse cowgirl and mish loving.

From that point on, the heat never lets up. The penultimate scene has Stephanie Swift offering her butt missionary-style to Vince Vouyer as Toni James solo's in the background, waiting to bend over and have him pound her pussy.

But it's the nomination-worthy orgy finale that really puts Debbie Does Dallas '99 over the top. The entire squad ambushes star quarterback T.T. Boy, and each takes her turn riding his cock reverse cow-girl style while the others split into pairs for non-stop muff-munching.
