Mel Brooks could have learned a lot from Cash Markman. Markman has sexed up the Legend of Robin Hood, and made it funny to boot. His title alone lets you know you’re in for a good time with the merry men: Throbin Hood (subtitled on the cover: “Prince of Beaves”).
Throbin’s men capture the Squire of Pennypinch, let him go, and divvy up his wenches. Ron Jeremy’s Friar Fuck lives up to his name with a babe, and Throbin himself (Alec Metro) literally takes the other. However, his fake pencil-thin mustache looks like it may fall of at any second.
Meanwhile, Randy Spears’ Sheriff Naughty Ham learns he may be able to conquer Queen Carolina’s chastity belt, but the queen, as portrayed by Anna Malle, has the upper hand – and thigh.
The lively banter and attempt to follow the legend are very funny. The girl-on-girl action, anal intercourse, double penetration and threeways will have your customers wanting to know the address of their nearest Medieval Times. The final scene with Throbin, Angelica Sin’s Maid Mary Ann (who is very naughty with the queen) and Prince Dick (Rich Handsome) is worth replaying. Only gripe: Sound quality on the review tape was poor, and hurt several scenes. Pre-nom the screenplay, Angelica, Anna, and Nakita for a great girl-on-girl bath scene, fantastic sets, lighting, direction and Anna alone for a sexy, comic turn. Let’s hope Throbin and Mary Ann have more adventures in the woods.
