You gotta hand it to the English: When they shoot a spanking video, they don't fool around.

A Prefect's Story concerns a couple of English schoolgirls (they look about 30) being caught smoking and drinking on school grounds. Of course, the punishment is some unmerciful flogging from their hot gym teacher.

The two spankees are not traditionally attractive and the video is pretty poorly shot, but naughty schoolgirls are always a good theme for a discipline video and the action in A Prefect's Story is harder than much of this sort of product. The said action includes naked calisthenics, very hard hand spankings, the application of a leather flogger and, finally, a vicious cane-swatting. Ouch!
