The good-looking female talent (Francesca Le and Kat) save this unremarkable tickling tape from being a complete waste of time. Le lures Three Time Jimmy away from the television by putting on some black lingerie, and he responds by tying her up and tickling her in various positions and forms of undress. Le brings pretty Asian Kat in for the same treatment, and the three end up happily cuddling in bed. The rope ties are mostly performed off-camera and the giggles seem forced.
