What a shame that this interesting premise never really comes together. Raylene's a weirdo loner who sits around her house drinking red wine, playing the cello and having conversations with a picture of Paul Thomas. Voodoo shows up to fuck her for some unexplained reason, and nothing really changes in her life until erotic poet/asshole Tony Tedeschi moves in next door. Tedeschi's got a live-in girlfriend, Adajja, who enjoys sculpting his anatomically correct torso in between vicious fights with him. Raylene's intrigued, although after hearing Tedeschi read his abominable poetry, it's hard to understand why. When Tedeschi tosses Adajja's sculpture of him in the trash, it's shades of Nekromatik, as Raylene steals the torso and treats it as if it were a living being, talking to it and tit-fucking it. Tedeschi comes over to spout some very brilliant observations ("Women are dirtier than men") and claims his prize in the best scene of the film, fucking Raylene and taking his sculpture with him. Raylene seems unfazed. What does it all mean?
