Reviews

An ambitious reincarnation scenario involving accused witchcraft and betrayal in the Puritan days and a reunion of the same people in contemporary times. In the flashbacks, Serenity and Jewel De'Nyle are an innocent and a witch who both get set up by bad girl Kylie Ireland - who wants Chris Cannon for herself - and face the stern justice of Lee Stone. Now, several hundred years later, Serenity is a patient of shrink De'Nyle, who knows more than she's letting on. Stone is now a doctor and Ireland is a hospital administrator, still hot for Cannon and still ready to sell Serenity down the river. This time, however, she doesn't get De'Nyle out of the way first. Big mistake. After a subterranean incantation Serenity becomes an ass-kickin' machine ("My name is Vengeance."), first dispatching two security guards and then sending Stone and Ireland to a particularly porn-type hell where they can get aroused, but not relieved. Undercranked, dramatically lit shots of the victims trying every position in the Porn 101 textbook while watched by the gleeful witches mixes humor and horror very successfully - everybody watching would like to fuck one of those two, but not like that.

Beautiful images by Jake Jacobs, careful guidance of the actors by Michael Zen, and well-shot sex scenes that often mix contemporary and period flashbacks make this an excellent offering for your plot-driven customers. Pre-noms to Zen for script, and Serenity, Ireland and Cannon for acting.
