This one starts promisingly, with Alexa and Randy Spears in bed, kissing, caressing, and pulling each other's clothes off. As he gets ready to fuck her, she pushes him off: "No means no - right before the wedding." This would establish her as a first class prick-teaser if she didn't offer to blow him right away, and does. In search of a post-orgasm ice cream fix, she finds an empty carton in the freezer and goes out to replace it. She gets in a car wreck, and the adventure begins.

In the hospital trauma ward, Doctor Mike Horner tells Spears that it seems she had some frontal lobe bruising, and we don't know what's going to happen. (Looks like the good doctor hasn't seen too many porn videos.) Her inhibitions blow away like dandelion fluff in a hurricane, that's what. She tries to seduce the doctor. She fucks Spears in her hospital bed. After a welcome home party, she spies on Alec Metro and Sydnee Steele doing the nasty in the guest bedroom, and then peeps at Gina Ryder and Metro doing the same thing the next day. When Ryder is called away, Alexa picks up where Ryder left off and finishes him off. She starts fucking strangers in semi-public places. When her friends confront her, trying to get her to stop, she takes off in her car, and writers Brad Armstrong and Marc Star scare up a one-two punch for a finish that will have you reeling at their ingenuity - or their audacity.

Alexa shines in this go-round, featured in almost every one of the seven or so sex scenes, several of which are quick b.j.s. Beautiful images by Ralph Parfait with a lighting assist from Ron Vogel, all tied together nicely by director Armstrong.

The story begins with Alexa and her future husband, Randy Spears, in bed. After a great blowjob scene, she goes in search of an ice cream fix; when she doesn't find it, she decides to go out and buy some. While out, she's involved in a bad car accident that sends her to the emergency room with frontal lobe bruising. The accident has also brought out a side to her that no one knew was there. Her inhibitions vanish and she goes on a hunt for sex; her first target is her doctor. From there, her adventure begins.

As always, Wicked has done a great job making this video and transferring it to DVD. The disc itself is very good, it's well designed with amazing graphics, it's easy to navigate and there are   : plenty of extras. Included in the extras is an audio commentary with Alexa and director Brad Armstrong, footage from Alexa's body molding session, audio bios, an interview with Alexa, behind the scenes photos, all along with the usual Wicked extras. The quality of the disc is just as good. The colors are bright and perfectly balanced. The picture is clear and crisp with only minor pixelation and grain. This is a well-directed, well-acted, high quality DVD packed with delicious sex scenes.
