This Italian release is untranslated, and so the narrative context for the scenes is fairly negligible for most American viewers. Not until the exchange-of-money pantomime in the final scene, between a rather effeminate-looking man and a tall tranny, does the "whore" designation make any sense for this tape. The "4 Whores" of the previous scenes aren't trannies; they appear to be regular females born with XX chromosomes. Nonetheless, as an honest wall-to-waller this tape delivers hot, nasty, and anal-inclusive sex between attractive Italians in sumptuous surroundings, mostly outdoors by swimming pools around luxurious modern villas. At some points the editing is jerky and rough; and the scenes appear to be just thrown together.

The final scene with a tranny seems like an odd afterthought to a string of scenes focused mainly on b/g coupling. The tranny status of the tall, dark whore is literally obscured by the thong she wears even when taking il cliente's Italian sausage up her bunghole. However, the tranny is so smooth and lovely that the illusion of her femininity remains undisturbed.
