Skimpy credits (in an almost illegible font), a non-English speaking cast and stuttering visuals (at least on our screener) imply strongly that these fresh teens first exploded somewhere in Europe, were transferred (not too well) from PAL to NTSC, and exported to the good ol' U.S.A.

Had the video been more watchable, we might've been a bit more generous with the rating, but not by much. The teen aspect isn't played to the hilt with cheerleaders and lollipops; then again, nobody here is schtupping to the hilt either. The first couple raises interest with the stud's recuperative powers. He unloads a double pop shot within minutes; his girl seems duly impressed. Otherwise, get out the cookie cutter.
