The life and death of supermodel Gia Carangi was detailed in the 1998 HBO movie Gia with Angelina Jolie playing the troubled, bisexual, heroin-addicted star who was one of the first famous women to die of AIDS. Here, director Nica Noelle plays it way too fast and loose with the story of Carangi’s life and instead chooses to make up her own version of things, which is too bad, given the fact that Carangi was a woman who fucked a lot for fun, and the real eroticism of her true story was plenty to work with. Raven Rockette is a strong enough lead to have done Carangi’s actual story justice, and she does do a good job here. The problem is that the original Gia has a cult following and many of those fans will be disappointed by the very noticeable differences between this parody and the original, very successful movie.
All of that said, the lesbian sex here is hot stuff. Rockette gets in a fight with stripper girlfriend Maddy O’Reilly and takes home another stripper, Sinn Sage, for some writhing, finger-banging and rubbing. Sage loves the fingering she gets from Rockette and grabs Rockette’s hand hard mid-orgasm, not wanting to let go. Competitive fellow model Samantha Ryan puts Rockette down and Rockette’s response is to initially scare the fuck out of Ryan and then kiss her and get into some dressing room snatch-munching.
O’Reilly and Rockette end things with hot, sweet makeup sex that ends with the two sharing a needle full of heroin together on a bathroom floor.
