Lando Buzzanca is Puppis, an Italian politician who's in a close race for the presidency of the country, but an attempt at blackmail - a priest has film of him grabbing a female ambassador's ass - puts him in a sexual tailspin. See, he's a virgin ... so it doesn't help that a "helpful" monk takes him to a remote monastery stocked with good-looking nuns (including Anita Strindberg) for a cure. He dreams he's fucked them, and the monk in charge believes he has. In any case, the experience turns him into a horndog who sees tits and ass at every turn. He fucks an ambassador's wife (Laura Antonelli) in the bushes, but when Strindberg visits him seeking an apology for having "dishonored" her, she winds up naked in his bed, begging him to whip her - until some local politicians break down his door to "save" her, forcing them to sneak off to a hotel room, where their mutual virginity quickly becomes a thing of the past.
