Bearded Paulo Mack is a shady character called the Transsexual Penetrator, who captures hot young she-males and, after a struggle, applies his drill to their backends.

The intros to these scenes have amusing variety: lovely Bianca Freire is attacked from behind after her shower, sexy secretary Lavinia Silva is wrestled to the office couch and Pamela Gaucha gets hogtied, while Mack places his own fishnet stocking mask over her face. He ends each scene by calling them names and covering their faces with a pillow.

The "rape fetish" theme is interesting, and Mack is fun in his characterization as the bad guy who is bewildered at his victims' actual enjoyment of his attacks, especially when they ride reverse anal cowgirl. The actual fucking is well shot, if by the numbers. Overall, this title has more going for it on uniqueness of theme than on particularly smokin' tranny sex.
