In this fun, kinky retelling of the classic tale of Zorro, the dashing nobleman living a secret life in the Spanish colony of California, Ramon Nomar delivers a stellar performance in the titular role. He swaggers classily through the production and cuts a “Z” in viewers’ libidos. The costumes are fine, but it’s hard to get as into the fantasy of the script when it’s obviously taking place at a barely disguised porn set house we have seen a billion times before, and the swordplay and deaths are laughably bad. Also, leaving tattoos and long gel nails on the girls doesn’t help the effort of pretending this is taking place in the 1700s. No matter, this is a sexy romp that will please your store’s parody buyer.
