Spanish-language television programs have their own rhythm, with broad humor, frenetic pacing and triple entendres—making them fresh territory for the porn parody trend. Dulce Media took up the challenge and chose as its first project a spoof of this popular news entertainment show (its name means both “The Fat Man and the Skinny Girl” and “The Scoop and the Skinny”). Directed by Shy Love, El Gordo y La Flaca XXX captures the gossipy free-for-all spirit of the original and raises the heat with five sex scenes, with most of the dialogue in Spanish.
It’s only right that Latin stars Bridgette B., Yurizan Beltran and Marco Banderas be cast here, and they do a great job. Bridgette B. shows her goods to El Gordo to prove she’s all woman and does her usual solid work in the sack (here with Carlo Carrera). Delectable Yurizan Beltran gets in the hot tub with El Gordo (a standard part of the real show) and then segues into fantasy sex with Marco Rivera (nice oral and doggie). And Banderas does a scene in English with Stevie Shae, who’s peddling a Shakira sex tape.
Nikki Delano stands out as pop singer Shakira, putting her athletic body through feature dance moves in music videos (including “There’s a Pornstar in Between My Legs") before breaking out a different set of moves for the sex tape.
Like the U.S. Hispanic community, the cast is diverse, hailing from Cuba (Marco Rivera), Spain (Bridgette B.), Uruguay (Banderas) and the United States. Non-sex performer Anthony De Los Santos as El Gordo and Lisa DeMarco as his cohost add comic touches, and even the performers for whom Spanish seems to be a second language do a good job of keeping up their accents.
