The premise is a lost bet and a different kind of debt repayment. Specifically, one that involves copious amounts of spit, foot worship, and boot licking. Donny Russo has a phenomenally muscular body, buzz cut, and a mustache made for porn. Kevin Cox is a younger, leaner variation on this theme (minus the stellar mustache) and he finds himself suddenly in the service of Donny Russo in Boston Boot Bottom. Cox spends most of his time working his tongue in between Russo's toes, but eventually he works his way up to his cock and balls after making a brief pit stop at his lightly furred ass crack. Kevin sucks on Donny's stiff rod for a few minutes before passing the baton to the man himself who shoots a massive load after Cox goes back to tormenting his toes with his mouth and tongue.
