Each solo is nicely threaded together with a boxing theme, almost as if the models are stroking off to win a heavyweight title. And whether they're seated opposite one another in the ring or sprawled across benches inside the locker room, the authentic setting adds to the tension rather than detracting. More often than not the men jerk off in pairs, seated across from one another or spying from behind a punching bag or locker door. Although no two models ever actually appear together in the same frame, director Borbély makes the viewer believe that these athletes are so turned on by the sparring partners that jerking off is something they have to do to relieve their horniness. As a general trend the models are built and hung, but there are standouts in the pack. Kristoff Caine expertly teases his uncut prick, then shoots an impressive load of cream - enough to coat the back of his hand. Martin Moore, an older stud with a shaved head, commands the viewer's attention from the moment he enters the ring. Though not quite a K.O., The Contender is worth going a few rounds with.
