Essentially a one-scene short, this nonetheless engaging release from COLT stars Tom Chase and Erik Korngold, two hairy, well-hung studs who are characteristic of the studio's stable. This edition has been digitally remastered, and the transfer looks much better than the first DVD release a few years ago. The disc has been beefed up (so to speak) with two large still galleries and a raft of trailers from newer COLT releases. Chase plays real estate agent to customer Korngold, and things get steamy when the two go to look at a property. As ever, Chase looks amazing, and his huge cock is always a thrill to see, and Korngold acquits himself nicely as Chase's co-star. Chase and Korngold delve into kissing, cocksucking, and finger-fucking, but stop short of ass-fucking; luckily, that's about the time the hunky pool man (an uncredited performance) arrives to bottom for them both. Lack of live sound is a definite drawback, but videography is mostly good.
