Poorly directed and completely unimaginative, Shacking Up is a forgettable quickie slightly redeemed by the presence of some attractive stars. most notably is the coverman on the box, Bill Crane, who exemplifies a certain tough-but-vulnerable type and manages to strike a few fleeting sparks even in this wet blanket of a video. Otherwise, the situation (an abandoned house where guys go to have sex —big deal) and the action (overlong, lazily edited and shot from all the wrong angles) make Shacking Up a bore.
