This competent video concentrates on two young hustler's (Ted Cox and Tony Sinatra) who've worked their way up to living in a comfortable tract house. While languorously eyeing each other, they spend an afternoon in front of the fireplace reminiscing about their latest hustler buddies.
While that's not much to build a video on and the vignettes can be somewhat trite, Dennis captures some hot scenes, including one about a muscular young trick who pays a homely, hung blond to humiliate him. It has the kind of "yes, sir" stuff too little seen in the no-S&M, post-Meese era. The box shamelessly explots the appeal of youth-for-sale, with a sultry photo of long-haired beauty Steve Sinclair taking a handful of twenties and the line: "Just over 18. And just under 20." Pay to Play mostly lives up to that promise, featuring some knock-out models in the cast. I only wish the overall vehicle was as strong as the director's best work.
