Kennith Holloway once more produces a virtual remake of one of his own earlier titles, this time Men of the Midway. Although the plot is pretty flimsy, the script does make good use of the carnival setting -- from the fun house and fortune teller to magician and "illustrated man." And sex is the important thing here anyway. Kennedy holds up his share of the acting burden, but Romano as the second lead is considerably less convincing. Supporting performances vary from good to decidedly uninspired; in fact, the unevenness underscores this potentially rewarding, yet still somewhat erotic, feature.
