A real estate agent more interested in sex than making a sale? That's the far-fetched premise of Hot Properties, a vid that gathers a group of hot studs all waiting to check out the same property – but where's the agent? While they cool their heels, they think about sex (of course), with segues into fantasyland.

The pairings: Joe Romero with pretty-faced Phillip Stanton (who keeps his shirt on – too hairy? Too soft?), Sergio Banderas with Dom Sinclair, Dave Logan ("If I get this place, I can stay in the country!") with Steve Rambo and Aaron Austin and Chaz Carlton. The last match throws off the most sparks because Aaron and Chaz seem genuinely hungry for each other, though with all his earrings and this haircut, in come camera angles Aaron looks disconcertingly like a grand duchess. The finale: agent Gianfranco has been inside the house the whole time with Anthony Dillon, doing in reality (in realty?) what the others are just fantasizing about.

Brad Austin's direction is consistent but not particularly inspired, and some of the camerawork is sloppy by Catalina standards (the outdoor shots look overexposed), making this the kidn of property that most folks should rent, rather than purchase.
