This intelligently scripted (by Rey) and directed mistaken identity story contains some very hot sex, but falls apart in what should be its climactic moment.  For Rey's first-time co-directorial effort, Twin Exposure managed to pick up a surprising amount of award nominations.

The story focuses on mentally unhinged Rey, who has been institutionalized while under suspicion for killing his twin brother.  In flashbacks we see the missing evil twin get a big load in a sleazy leather bar.  Back in the hospital, the good twin spies award-caliber fucking featuring a doctor and patient (Russell and Corey) in a waiting room.  The camera here does a great job of capturing the multiple insertion positions.

Aaron Austin, as Rey's neighbor, picks up one of the cops in an equally effective scene.  Ray is released for lack of evidence and, in a surreal mirror sequence, is seduced by his twin.  Unfortunately, this last sex scene is handled poorly - we never really believe Rey is doing anything other than jerking off.  An unfortunate ending to an otherwise excellent tape.  Yet, it's sure to be a brisk rental item.

Editor's Note: I followed this from inception to completion and saw it nominated a slew of time for awards.  I see a lot of potential talent i nboth John Simms and Rey, but Rey needs control and restraint.  The question is: is Rey really the bad twin or the good twin?  When he's good, he's really good, when he's bad, he's horrid. - MS
