A melancholy Julio Duran reminisces about his romance with Jorge Martinez, who left Cuba a year ago to go to America. Seen in flashback, their romance consisted of hot, outdoor, jungle interludes. Julio makse up his mind to flee to America to find his way back to Jorge.

Adrift on a raft in the middle of the Atlantic, Julio is picked up by the Coast Guard patrol. Bruno Diaz and Buddy Jones are "just doing [their] job" when they handcuff Julio to a cell, strip him, taunt him, get it on in front of him, probe him anally, and ravage him again and again. Satisfied that he is not a threat to national security, they release him in Miami, a.k.a. Little Havana.

In a detour from the primary narrative, the lay of the land is established when Joao Pauzao (a veteran from Bjorn's A World of Men) and Jadson Pirocao follow Anttheio di Marco from tyhe beach to his mansion. The floor-to-ceiling windows, a voyeur's dream, allow them to spy before they are welcomed with open arms and a gaping asshole. Pauzao is one fine specimen of Brazilian meat, not too tender and not too tough.

Julio follows a trail that Jorge has left, from one mansion occupied by studs to the next. He stumbles upon a swimming pool orgy and has to suck five stiffies before the guys will send him to the next address. From watching Hot Times In Little Havana one would be inclined to think that in Miami, there is non-stop orgiastic fucking and that everyone lives in a mansion. Not a bad thought.

Julio finds Jorge, and after settling their reconcilable differences (Jorge has been living it up with a lover in "Gingolandia" while Julio pined in Cuba) they culminate their reunion with mutual hot fucking and sucking. Though not a foot fetish tape per se, Bjorn has paid considerable attention to the loving adoration that these two hot Cubans have for one another's lowermost extremities.
