Although the cheesy voice- over and script are questionable, it wasn't a mistake to cast dirty blond Pete Ross as one of the hapless inmates at this fictitious mental asylum where the orderlies abuse the inmates (well, the hot ones, anyway). There's also a dizzying array of leather gear used, but then since the producer is a retailer of such goods, there was apparently lots of access to them. Even so, they are at least used effectively, and not just as obvious product placement, with hoods, paddles, dildos, restraints, jocks, and ball gags all pressed into service at one time or another. Real sex is just another accessory, and occurs only sporadically throughout, with the main focus on serious bondage and discipline, and a bit of water sports sprinkled in. The rather inept camerawork and lighting are oddly effective given the circumstances.
