Fans tempted by the references on the box — namely the “Jailhouse Tag Teams!” — will undoubtedly be disappointed with what’s inside. While the opening credits set the tone nicely for four prison-themed, tough guy scenes, what follows is four standard pairings on a mattress. After very brief dialogue, each pair gets to it, and there’s a frequent problem with lighting that mars the ability to see the good stuff in many shots. Filming black men have sex against a black backdrop and on black sheets probably isn’t the best idea, especially if you’re not going to turn up the wattage on the bulbs. Blaze and Remy are one of the more exciting pairs, both sporting nice cocks (we wish bottom Mars’ gorgeous piece got more attention), and Del Curry grinds his nice piece on Marick in some good shots (a scene that gets started with the unfortunate line, “Let’s get this party started! It’s getting hot in here!”). The two final scenes have some muscular studs (Tank is paired with T. Malone, Scorpion with Dre), but a lack of connection and some soft moments detract from the action.
