Young skateboard types are having a tough time in school and need tutoring.  The learning sessions always turn physical as the guys pair up and get off, using the tried and true methods of fucking and sucking.  The learning institution remains vague and noncommittal, though evidence implies that it might be high school.  There are plenty of 18-year-olds in high school, and it is obvious that the fantasy seeks to imply this.  Nothing illegal, yet nothing stated.
