Wannabe actor Tony Belmonte arrives in L.A. and hits a run of bad luck. First he's mugged, then his car is stolen, then a couple of hot tricks throw him out of their bungalow... You get the picture. All this provides a wafer-thin narrative for a series of poorly photographed, unenthusiastically performed vignettes.
