Each vignette begins as a picture-book fantasy, but the household settings are pretty down-to-earth. That's okay; who needs frills when you've got a camera-ready cast rarin' to go? The direction is snappy, packing in five parings in not much over an hour. All the action is hot, with Scott and Sax the stand-outs. It isn't caviar, but most viewers prefer meat and potatoes anyway.
