Director Mike Donner returns with a good-natured comedy about a hard-boiled (and hard-dicked) detective (Thomas Lloyd) in search of a Peeping Tom. The action centers on Lloyd's hunt for a videotaping villain who captures a wayward senator in a threeway and then attempts to blackmail him. In between, the bumbling private dick banters and fucks with his faithful assistant (Zach Warner), who in turn works up a sweat with ultra-masculine Sebastian in an intense gym encounter. When the quirky characters aren't busy spouting witty dialogue or cracking wise, they're engaging in some surprisingly vivid sex. The entire cast, especially Lloyd, handles both nicely. By the time the final threeway and wacky ending roll around, Donner and crew will have viewers thoroughly amused - and aroused.
