It's not as though we have not seen the setup before: Cop needs to arrest a perp, perp offers to do "anything" to be released - then fucking and sucking ensues. But when it's done well, the effort stands above the rest. Unfortunately, Red Hot Peckers is on the sidelines. It's a moderate success at what it does, but the unidentified talent seem to be going through the motions and the trumped up scenes have little to no spark. Luckily, the blond cover boy bottom in the center of the box cover gives a great performance that raises this effort up a notch. But his scene is the third and last. Not much for uniform fetishists either.
