Director Matt Sterling goes international with this film about hard-driving car racers and the men who love them. Shot in Hungary, Revved Up treats the viewer to a fast-paced drag race and four sex scenes. While the models are all sufficiently cute, uncut and speak in a foreign tongue (there are no subtitles, which leaves the plot in a bit of confusion), most of the scenes feel abbreviated. The foreplay tends to be long and drawn-out and the fucking brief and truncated. But Revved Up isn't a total wreck. There's plenty of lovely cinematography, and newcomers Ian Chessler and Zoltan Nickol show promise; they just need a better vehicle.
