Officer Drew Larson has arrested a man for loitering, but once the perpetrator is behind bars, he develops an interest in Larson. These two eventually get together in the cell and there's plenty of sucking and jacking off going on all around. The second scene that begins with a man jacking off in public, however, is very stilted. Director Stephen Dakis has discovered he can diagonally frame his shots and uses that to annoyance in this video. However, the opening scene with Larson makes this tape worth it.
