Paul Barresi plays Mr. Willis, a probation officer and all-around bad motherfucker who believes strict punishment is the way to handle today's youth. When three punks are brought in to meet with Barresi concerning their crimes, they get more than just a slap on the hand - they get a whooping. He attacks their bare asses with his hand, a paddle and even a bat. Production values are low, but Barresi's intensity and charisma make up for it.
